Circulator registration

Any petition circulator the entity has hired or contracted with to circulate a petition in Colorado must be registered with our office.

Designated agents must register circulators and report the petitions they will be circulating.

Circulator training

Designated agents and paid circulators are required to complete the training and exam on our eLearning portal. At the end you'll get a certificate of completion that you'll need to save for future filings.
