Registration filing

New or existing registration renewals are completed online prior to lobbying activity occurring each calendar year beginning on January 01.

Renewals are completed through your existing lobbyist account.

Termination report

Can be filed anytime after registering if lobbying activity has concluded for the calendar year.

State liaisons are not required to file a cumulative report.

Monthly disclosure reports

Monthly disclosure reports are due the 15th of the month following the activity month.

If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday reports are due the next business day after the weekend or holiday.

• February - due Monday, March 16, 2026
• March - due Wednesday, April 15, 2026
• April - due Friday, May 15, 2026
• May - due Monday, June 15, 2026
• June - due Wednesday, July 15, 2026
• July - due Monday, August 17, 2026
• August - due Tuesday, September 15, 2026
• September - due Thursday, October 15, 2026
• October - due Monday, November 16, 2026
• November - due Tuesday, December 15, 2026
• December - due Friday, January 15, 2027

State Liaison Lobbyists do not file annual cumulative disclosure reports.
